CMS recently shared within their MLN Connects communication that effective January 1, 2024 the application fee will rise from $688.00 to $709.00 per application for institutional providers who are looking to:
- Initially enroll in the Medicare or Medicaid programs or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
- Revalidate their Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP enrollment
- Add a new Medicare practice location
