CMS Update! Proposed Rule - Changes to Critical Access Hospital Requirements and New Conditions of Participation for Rural Emergency Hospitals
On July 6, 2022 CMS published its proposed changes to the current Conditions of Participation for Critical Access Hospitals. In addition, they are proposing Conditions of Participation that would be applicable to Rural Emergency Hospitals.
