New Joint Commission Standards Coming for Behavioral Health, Emergency Management, and Infection Control

The Joint Commission has just released new and revised standards for Behavioral Health (workplace violence), Emergency Management, and Infection Control.  These revisions will go into effect in July 2024.  Organizations are advised to review the prepublication standards to determine if and how these changes will affect their operations.  The prepublication standards can be accessed here:
