On August 4, 2021, The Joint Commission posted new elements of performance related to MM 09.01.01 Antibiotic Stewardship. These changes are proposed only for the Hospital Accreditation Program. To learn more about the proposed changes, click here. The Joint Commission is accepting comments on the proposed elements of performance until September 15, 2021. Comments must be submitted via The Joint Commission website.
