Throughout his professional career, he has always fostered a data and information driven culture when making critical business decisions. This improved the accuracy and likelihood of a desired outcome in any legal, technical, or commercial situation. Also, over his career, Sandeep has led quality improvement programs focused on policies, standards, and processes. He has worked closely with many organizations to launch new products and services ensuring regulatory compliance. He has formed partnerships to increase industry awareness by sharing best practices through speaking events, webinars, and newsletter publications, and has been an active board member for a nationally recognized association that develops accreditation and certification guidelines.
Sandeep has dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Engineering along with a minor degree in Psychology. In addition, he has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior.
