Lauren Hannan, Education & Client Relations Coordinator at Courtemanche & Associates Healthcare Synergists, works directly with clients to assure timely facilitation of requests for consultation, educational products, publications and more. Lauren also provides client relations management, marketing & public relations support.
Lauren’s primary responsibilities include planning of C&A’s annual conference, coordination of its TJC/CMS webinar series, issuance of continuing education certificates as an Approved Provider by the North Carolina Nurses Association, and facilitation of client feedback through an online satisfaction survey process. Lauren also assists with C&A publications, information technology and communications.
In addition, Lauren brings the latest news to clients and the greater healthcare community through management of the C&A Premium Library, development of the C&A Newsletter, and administration of the C&A website.
Lauren received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Louisiana State University and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University.
She is based in the Charlotte, NC office.
