Courtemanche & Associates provide Joint Commission Accreditation (TJC) consultation for hospital survey readiness,  TJC compliance, Medication and Patient Safety. We promote quality healthcare, continuous quality improvement (CQI), performance improvement in health care, Joint Commission compliance for regulatory success.

We’re an interdisciplinary healthcare firm with nearly a decade of experience in healthcare consultation and regulatory affairs. We have assisted organizations in meeting their accreditation and performance improvement goals. Our consultants are experienced in all areas of survey preparation and survey readiness including consultation, education and training for Periodic Performance Review, the Priority Focus Process, Medication Safety, Staffing Effectiveness, Tracer Methodology, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Sentinel Events and Root Cause Analysis.
